A 0 Point Weight Watchers Meal That’s Actually Filling

If you’re like me, the quest for filling 0 point weight watchers meals really gets me going. I love a challenge! Today’s dinner was totally filling and super easy to make! I used premade salsa from Giant and the kabobs were already made.

Texas Caviar and Salmon Kabobs

Texas Caviar and Salmon Kabobs – filling 0 point weight watchers meal

To make the Texas caviar, I mixed a can of black beans, a can of black-eyed peas, a can of corn, and a can of navy beans and rinsed them well. Then I mixed them with a container of Giant’s fresh mild salsa. I added some fresh cilantro and salt and pepper to taste. Zero points and very filling!

The salmon kabobs were already made, but they had salmon, red onion, red and green bell pepper, and zucchini slices on each skewer. They didn’t need any oil to keep them from sticking to the pan — the salmon was naturally oily enough.
