#1 YW Transition Activity
YW Transition Activity Suggestion needed!!! I could use your help, I am in the Relief Society presidency and we are really focusing on helping the YW transitioning into Relief Society. We have decided to do an activity to help them understand what RS is all about and the importance of being a part of it when they leave YW’s. We want it to be fun, memorable, yet something where the Spirit can teach them. We thought of doing a mock mini RS weekday activity and have their leader bring them in and we will be dressed up as old ladies sitting around a quilt (the perception of RS). That is about as far as we have got. I can usually come up with some fun ideas, but I am struggling with this one. Do you have any suggestions? We are doing this activity in April. My mom remembers a skit of two horses talking about their experiences as they carried the RS president around on her duties. Have you heard of this skit, and if so do you know where I could find it? I am up for any ideas for this activity.
