Description

I am planning to use this handout to help my Seminary students learn to apply the scriptures to their lives. To me, "likening" the scriptures to ourselves applies to our lives in 3 ways -- applying that scripture to a past feeling or experience, a present activity , trial, temptation, or relationship, or a future activity, trial, temptation, or relationship. I'm hoping that this visual aid will help students drill down to an application for a scripture in their lives.

There are several different versions of this. Apply.pdf is 11x17 inches. All the others are letter size. Some are black and white, while others are in color. One is a simpler version. Some include questions that could be used as writing or discussion starters during a lesson or journaling exercise.

Hope they're helpful for others!
